1lbboneless and skinless chicken breast or chicken tenders
½cupof heavy cream or half and half
1 ½cupchicken stock
8ozof cream cheese
2tablespoonsof Italian dressing mix
Instructions
Place 1 pound of chicken breasts or tenders into a crock pot.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing mix on top of the chicken. Put the crock pot on low and allow the chicken to cook for 5 hours.
After five hours, add ½ cup of heavy cream or half and half and 1 ½ cup of chicken stock to the crock pot.
Cut the 8 oz of cream cheese into small blocks and add to the crock pot. Stir and let sit for one more hour. At this point the chicken should be cooked through and falling apart.
Give the chicken a final stir before serving and enjoy!
