Ingredients

Crispy, Oven Roasted Carrot Fries

  • 2 lbs of carrots peeled and sliced into french fry size of your choice
  • 3 tbsps of Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp of salt

Spicy Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup of mayo
  • 2 tbsps of hot sauce
  • 2 tsp of salt

Instructions

Crispy, Oven Roasted Carrot Fries

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Toss the two pounds of peeled and sliced carrots in the 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of salt.
  • Spread them into a flat, even layer, on a tinfoil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes. You want them cooked through, and then to the texture of your choice. We like them to be slightly blackened.

Spicy Dipping Sauce

  • In the meantime, mix up the spicy dipping sauce.
  • In a bowl, combine ½ cup mayo, 2 tbsps of hot sauce, and 2 tsp of salt. Mix thoroughly and let sit in the fridge until ready to serve.
