Crispy, Oven Roasted Carrot Fries
- 2 lbs of carrots peeled and sliced into french fry size of your choice
- 3 tbsps of Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
Spicy Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup of mayo
- 2 tbsps of hot sauce
- 2 tsp of salt
Crispy, Oven Roasted Carrot Fries
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss the two pounds of peeled and sliced carrots in the 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of salt.
Spread them into a flat, even layer, on a tinfoil lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. You want them cooked through, and then to the texture of your choice. We like them to be slightly blackened.
Spicy Dipping Sauce
In the meantime, mix up the spicy dipping sauce.
In a bowl, combine ½ cup mayo, 2 tbsps of hot sauce, and 2 tsp of salt. Mix thoroughly and let sit in the fridge until ready to serve.
