Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Pound the chicken tenders individually with plastic wrap until evenly thin. You can use a mallet or the bottom of a pot or pan.
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp parsley, ½ tsp each of dill and onion powder, 1 tsp each of salt and garlic powder, ¼ tsp of pepper, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Mix the bowl of ingredients thoroughly and then stir in the 4 tbsps of melted butter.
Place the chicken onto a tin foil-lined baking sheet. Spread a bit of mayonnaise on each chicken tender using a knife or pastry brush.
Cover each piece of chicken evenly with the bread crumb and cheese mixture.
Place the tray in the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. chicken is cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
