6 Gluten Free Soup Recipes

It’s fall, and for us, that means soup season. These gluten free soup recipes are some of our favorites and are on repeat! Check them out and let us know which ones you’re interested in trying. We would also love to hear what soup recipes you love or are looking for a recipe for!

What makes these Gluten Free Soup Recipes gluten-free?

All of these soups are gluten-free as written as long as the ingredients that you use are gluten-free, such as chicken stock or cornstarch.  I say that because there are lots of food on the shelves that you wouldn’t assume contain gluten but do. Make sure you are reading labels when purchasing ingredients. Especially if you’re trying to make something without a specific allergen.

We are not a gluten-free household, but I like to have a handful of gluten-free recipes that I know how to make so that we can easily host people with dietary restrictions. (That’s why most of our soups have pictures with bread!)

What are good side dishes for Gluten Free Soups?

Salad is always a good side dish for soup, but especially if you’re aiming to keep the meal itself gluten-free! Ranch dressing and Caesar Dressing are two of our go tos!

If you don’t need to keep the side dishes gluten-free, we always love a good loaf of crusty sourdough bread on the side of soup!
