Homemade Sourdough Pizza Dough
What toppings go on breakfast pizza?
Proteins that can go on breakfast pizza include any breakfast meat and eggs cooked your favorite way! Any vegetables you enjoy can go on top, and you can saute them first for a different flavor. In place of sour cream you can try sausage gravy too which is delicious! Top with the shredded cheese of your choice!
If you want to put hash browns or potatoes on top of the pizza, those need to be cooked through first.
What kind of dough should I use for breakfast pizza?
Use your favorite dough! We use a sourdough crust that we bake on demand. You can use pre-made, store-bought, or homemade. You can also try crescent roll or biscuit crusts too!
