Prebake your pizza crust following the package or recipe instructions.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. (If you cooked your pizza crust at a higher temperature, make sure the oven temperature reduces to 350.)
While waiting for the oven to preheat, cook and scramble the eggs in a small saute or fry pan on the stove.
Spread ¼ cup of sour cream over the entire pizza crust. Evenly spread the diced vegetables and meat on the pie crust. Spread the scrambled eggs over the whole pie crust and top with the shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and all the ingredients are heated through. Serve immediately.
