Roasted Garlic Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of roasted garlic mashed
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup of mayo
  • 1 tablespoon of chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

Method
 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a glass bowl. Salt needs to be adjusted to taste. If you are serving with only vegetables, you may want to add a bit more salt. If you are serving the dip with chips or bread, you may not need more salt.
  2. Additionally, you can increase or decrease the quantity of roasted garlic in this dip to your family’s preference.
  3. When the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, cover and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
  4. Serve chilled.
