Roasted Garlic Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of roasted garlic mashed
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup of mayo
  • 1 tablespoon of chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a glass bowl. Salt needs to be adjusted to taste. If you are serving with only vegetables, you may want to add a bit more salt. If you are serving the dip with chips or bread, you may not need more salt.
  • Additionally, you can increase or decrease the quantity of roasted garlic in this dip to your family’s preference.
  • When the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, cover and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
  • Serve chilled.
