Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil, or use a casserole dish for the dinner rolls. If you’re doubling this recipe, 2 packs of Hawaiian Rolls fit snuggly into a 9x13 pan.
Cook your ground beef if you haven’t already. Here, you can add the onions before or after the meat is cooked, depending on what texture you want the onions to be. Season lightly with salt and pepper, because the ingredients are also salty.
Next, add the chopped pickles to the pot of ground beef and onions to heat it.
Once the mixture is heated, remove it from the heat. Add the 3 tbsps of ketchup and 3 tbsps of mustard and mix thoroughly.
Cut the dinner rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in your pan.
Cover the rolls with cheese. Top with the meat mixture and spread it out evenly. Place the top half of the rolls on top.
In a microwave safe bowl, or in a small saucepan, melt the butter with 1tbsp of garlic powder and a teaspoon of salt (or more to taste).
Using a pastry brush, brush the melted seasoned butter over the top of the cheeseburger sliders. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
