Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of butter or oil
  • 6 cups of oatmeal
  • ½ cup of white sugar
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan or use a nonstick pan.
  • Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a large bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients and mix them thoroughly.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until the oats have been fully incorporated. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the center of the baked oatmeal is set. Serve warm.
