Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of butter or oil
  • 6 cups of oatmeal
  • ½ cup of white sugar
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan or use a nonstick pan.
  2. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a large bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients and mix them thoroughly.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until the oats have been fully incorporated. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the center of the baked oatmeal is set. Serve warm.
