Chilled Strawberry Bisque
A chilled fruit soup that has only a few ingredients and is a make ahead recipe

- 3 cups of frozen strawberries
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- 2 ¼ cup of milk of your choice
- ¾ cup of sour cream
- 2 tbsps of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Optional garnish of fresh mint, basil, or even lavender
This recipe is so easy! Combine all of the ingredients in the blender except for the garnish and blend until it’s smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill for at least 8 hours. This allows the flavors to blend well.
Stir before serving, serve chilled and topped with the garnish of your choice.
